Paint by Rhi ("I," "me," or "my") respects your privacy. This page explains what information I collect through this website and my studio services, how I use it, and the choices you have.

What I collect

I collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you interact with my website and studio services. This includes:

• Newsletter sign-ups: Your email address when you subscribe to my studio updates.
• Inquiries & shipping: Your full name, email address, phone number, and physical mailing address when you request a purchase, a custom commission, or shipping quotes.
• Commission consultations: Your full name, phone number, and email address when using my Google Calendar booking links.

Like most websites, my hosting provider also automatically logs basic technical details (such as your IP address and browser type) to ensure the site runs safely and securely.

This website does not process payments or accept purchases directly, so no payment or financial information is ever collected or stored here.

How I use your information

I use the data you provide strictly to fulfill studio operations, including:

• Sending newsletter updates, collection announcements, and shop availability if you've subscribed.
• Processing custom artwork commissions and fulfilling requested orders for paintings, kits, prints, cards, and stickers.
• Communicating directly with you via email regarding inquiries, booking details, and invoicing coordination.

My data promise

I value your privacy. I will never sell, rent, or share your name, email, phone number, or address with third-party marketers. Your information is used only to carry out the specific studio purposes described in this policy.

Third-party services

To operate my studio and fulfill your requests, I rely on a small number of trusted service providers who process data on my behalf:

• Netlify — hosts this website and securely processes contact form and newsletter signup submissions.
• MailerLite — manages my email subscriber list and newsletter distribution.
• Google Calendar — processes your contact data when you book a consultation slot.
• Google Fonts — serves my custom studio typography. To display these fonts correctly on your screen, this service temporarily processes your IP address to fetch the font files from Google's servers. This does not involve any behavioral or tracking cookies.
• Plausible Analytics — provides lightweight, privacy-friendly site statistics. This tool runs completely without cookies and does not collect any personal data or track your behavior across the web. I use it purely to view anonymous, aggregated page visits so I can see which art collections are popular.
• Shipping carriers — your name and physical address are shared securely with delivery providers to ship your physical artwork products.
• Off-site payment processors — all financial transactions occur securely off-site. Your payment data is handled directly by external processors under their respective privacy policies.

These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data, and I only use them to carry out the purposes described above.

Your choices & unsubscribing

You can opt out of receiving studio newsletter updates at any time by clicking the automated "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any MailerLite email campaign I send. To request modifications or the deletion of any personal data previously submitted through my contact forms, you may contact hello@paintbyrhi.com to have your records processed.

State compliance & age limits

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13, nor do I knowingly collect their personal data. This policy and my studio operations are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and I take careful operational steps to secure your collected details against unauthorized access.

I may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
